Advertisers

Advertising.chat is a two-sided network: publishers monetize their conversations, and advertisers reach people inside them. This product is for the demand side — running campaigns that serve across the network's in-chat inventory.

How to run a campaign today

Managed service. Advertiser campaigns are set up and operated by the Advertising.chat team today. You bring creative and targeting goals; we build the campaign, ad groups, and creatives, launch, and report. This is the fastest way to run conversational and flow ads while self-serve tools are still being built.

What you can run

  • Campaigns — the structure of a campaign (campaign → ad group → creative), objectives, budgets, flight dates, and targeting.
  • Conversational and flow ads — advertisers can run static cards or bounded, advertiser-authored flow ads that play out as a short conversation.

What "self-serve" will mean

Roadmap

Self-serve campaign management — creating and managing your own campaigns, ad groups, and creatives, with your own budget and reporting — is on the roadmap and not yet generally available. The management surface will be the Console, the Campaign Management API, and the management MCP.

Vocabulary

Advertiser objects use the standard vocabulary — campaign, ad group, creative — shared with the enterprise Offer Manager names in the Concepts & Glossary.
