Review performance¶
Offer Manager counts each offer it serves, each tap on an offer's link, and each conversion your agent reports. This document describes how to read those counts in the console, by offer, by moment, and by rule, and how to look up individual requests. For how events are recorded, see the Events API.
Before you begin¶
- Offer Manager must be enabled for your org. See Availability.
- Your agent must be requesting offers. Conversions appear only if your agent or your site reports them.
Read the summary¶
- In the console, in the Offer Manager section, click Reports.
- On the Summary tab, choose a Period, from Last 1 hour to All Time.
- Read the Offer Performance, Moment Performance, and Rule Performance tables.
Each table has a row per offer, moment, or rule, with these columns:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Impressions | Offers served. |
| Clicks | Taps on the offer's tracked links, plus clicks your agent reports. |
| Conversions | Conversions reported for the offer. |
| CTR | Clicks as a percentage of impressions. |
| CVR | Conversions as a percentage of clicks. |
| CPI | Conversions as a percentage of impressions. |
Look up individual requests¶
- On the Reports page, click the Journal tab.
- In the Fetch Journal, choose a Report range.
- Optional: Narrow the list by Moments, by Operations, or by Subscriber.
Each row is one request or event, with its time, so you can follow what happened to a specific customer's requests.
What's next¶
- Create a rule to adjust targeting or priority based on what you see.
- Read how results are counted.
- Read the events behind these counts in the Events API reference.
